1. Overall dimensions and component names of the whole machine:


Main structural description:
ZJR-500typeVacuum Homogenization Emulsification UnitDivided into main pot, oil pot, water pot, electrical control system, vacuum system, and rack components.
The main pot consists of a homogenizing and stirring pot, a homogenizing mechanism, a stirring mechanism, and other parts.
All use explosion-proof motors and movable electrical control cabinets; Adding extension lines can operate in safe areas.
2. Working principle:
The material is first inwaterPreheat and stir in the oil pot,It can be directly sucked into the homogenization pot under vacuum through the conveying pipeline.
The material is stirred in a homogeneous pot using a polytetrafluoroethylene scraper (which always conforms to the shape of the pot and sweeps away the wall sticking material), constantly creating new interfaces. Then, it is cut, compressed, and folded by a frame mixer to mix and flow downwards to the homogenizer below the pot. The material is then cut in the shear joint by the strong cutting, impact, turbulence, and other processes generated between the high-speed rotating rotor and stator, and quickly crushed into 200n piecesm~2MmThe particles. Material granulation, emulsification, mixing, blending, and dispersion can be completed in a short period of time. Due to the vacuum state inside the homogenization pot, the bubbles generated during the mixing process of the material are promptly removed. After homogenization is complete, raise the lid of the homogenization pot and rotate the pouring handwheel to discharge the materials inside the pot into the outer container.
The heating temperature of the homogenization pot is set and adjusted through the temperature controller on the control panel; Homogeneous stirring and blade stirring can be used separately; It can also be used simultaneously; The length of homogenization mixing time is determined by the user based on the different properties of the material.

This machine adopts button control operation mode; Users can adjust the appropriate speed, temperature, pressure, and homogenization emulsification time according to the production process. Please use this control system according to the operation flowchart.

6.Notes:
1. Due to the rotational speed *, the homogeneous cutting head should not be operated in an empty pot state to avoid affecting the sealing degree after local heating.
2. The ground wire should be reliably grounded to ensure electrical safety.
3. The homogenizer shaft end should be viewed as turning right. Every time the motor is connected or does not need to be restarted, it should be jog and tested to confirm that there are no errors before officially allowing the homogenizer to operate.
Before starting each mixing process, it is necessary to jog and check if there are any abnormalities in the mixing scraper wall. If there are any, they should be eliminated immediately.
Before carrying out the mixing and vacuuming work, it is necessary to check whether the pot is flush with the pot cover, whether the pot mouth, material mouth cover, etc. are tightly covered, and whether the seal is reliable.
Before shutting down the vacuum pump, the ball valve in front of the vacuum pump should be closed first.
The vacuum pump can be started and operated only when the homogeneous pot is sealed. If there is a special need to open the air to start the pump, the operation should not exceed 3 minutes.
Before conducting any maintenance or cleaning, the equipment must be disconnected from the power supply.
9. Never put your hands into the kettle during equipment operation to prevent accidents.
10. If there is any abnormal response during operation, stop running immediately and wait to investigate the cause before starting up.
7.Installation, commissioning, and maintenance:
1. Connect the power supply, ensure the power supply matches, and ensure that the ground wire is reliably grounded. Turn on the main power switch,
The power indicator light is on.
2. Correctly connect all pipelines of the homogenization pot (including overflow outlets, discharge outlets, and sewage outlets, etc.) and the inlet pipe (directly connect tap water to the inlet).
Before vacuuming, it is necessary to check whether the pot is flush with the pot cover, whether the pot mouth, material mouth cover, etc. are tightly covered, and whether the seal is reliable. Close all valve interfaces on the pot lid, then open the vacuum valve on the pot lid, and then turn on the vacuum pump to evacuate. After meeting the requirements, close the vacuum valve first, and then turn off the vacuum pump. (See operating process for details)
4. Homogeneous cutting and scraper mixing: After feeding (water can be used to replace it during commissioning), turn on the corresponding control switches to control the operation of the homogenizer and scraper mixing. The rotation of the homogenizer cutting wheel is reversed when facing the cutting wheel; the rotation of the homogenizer mixing wheel is reversed when facing the mixing wheel (looking up and down). During debugging, the homogenizer should be run by tapping and testing, and only after confirming that there are no errors can it be officially put into operation. )Before starting the mixing process, it is also necessary to jog and check if there are any abnormalities in the mixing scraper wall. If there are any, they should be eliminated immediately.
5. The vacuum pump can be started and operated under the sealing condition of the homogenization pot. If there is a special need to open the air to start the pump, the operation should not exceed3minute
6. Vacuum pumps are strictly prohibited from operating without working fluid; It is strictly prohibited to block the exhaust port during operation.
7. Regularly check the lubricating oil and grease in each component and bearing, and replace them with clean lubricating oil and grease in a timely manner.
8. Keep the homogenizer clean. Clean the parts of the homogenizer that come into contact with the working fluid, especially the cutting wheel cutting sleeve at the head, the sliding bearings inside the homogenizer shaft sleeve, and the shaft sleeve, every time the material needs to be stopped or replaced. After cleaning and reassembling, there should be no jamming phenomenon when turning the impeller by hand. After fixing the flanges of the pot body and lid relative to each other, the motor of the jog homogenizer should turn correctly without any other abnormalities before starting to operate.
9. The cleaning work of all pots shall be handled by the user according to the standards.
