I. Overview
VNP-02B typeV-belt torque fatigue testing machineIt is designed and manufactured based on the wheel drive belt (with torque) fatigue testing machine of Shaw Company in Germany, combined with standards such as GB/T12735-2014 "Fatigue Test Method for V-belts Used in Agricultural Machinery", HG/T2819-2010 for narrow V-belts, HG/T3745-2011 for ordinary V-belts, and GB/T10821-2008 "V-belts and Multi Wedge Belts Used in Agricultural Machinery". The experimental process is controlled and calculated by a computer, with a frequency converter and a DC controller driving and regulating the speed of the motor, respectively. The test specifications comply with the requirements for the use of two wheel test and four-wheel reverse bending torque fatigue test in GB/T12735-2014 "Fatigue test method for V-belts used in agricultural machinery".

1. Active wheel drive motor: 22KW (37KW) variable frequency motor speed ratio 1:2 (the main motor power and motor model can be changed according to different user requirements, Z4 DC motor)
2. Passive wheel load motor: 22KW (37KW) DC motor or hysteresis brake (adjust the load power according to the main motor power), the driver adopts the British system.
Main and driven wheel speed: 300-4000r/min (300-4750r/min) infinitely adjustable.

Total tension: 200N-4400N (adjusted with weights), the weight configuration is selected as a pin type, eliminating the need for manual movement and application during the test process, ensuring accurate force application during the test, and having real-time tracking and automatic detection of high tension during the test.
Center distance detection accuracy: ± 0.05mm, using German AIGER laser sensor to automatically detect center distance.
Outer circumference detection accuracy: ± 0.5mm.
5. Slip rate setting range: 1% -99%.
6. Slip detection accuracy: 0.1%.
7. Exposure height detection range: 0.01-20.00mm, automatic detection of exposure height, and automatic filling and saving of the form. Adopting the high-precision laser sensor from BANNER in the United States, with an accuracy of 0.01mm.
