Ussing Chamber

With UC-2M as the base, various specifications of Yusi chambers (C4300 \ \ C3305 \ \ P2300 \ \ P2400, etc.) can be equipped, including oxygen supply pipelines and fine adjustment air valves, constant temperature circulation water pipelines, and aluminum alloy bases with waste liquid collection functions. Four epithelial tissues can be installed simultaneously. Paired with various specifications of sample slides, it can be used for cross epithelial transport studies of various epithelial tissues, such as drug absorption, nutrient absorption, ion channel mechanisms, and barrier function permeability.

The UC-2M Yusi chamber base is optimized and improved on the basis of the original EasyMount series, avoiding defects such as easy rusting and jamming of the EasyMount series Yusi chamber sliding rod, aging and leakage of the gas supply pipeline, and no waste liquid collection.
