It can be used as an evaporator, heater, cooler, condenser, reboiler, etc. in industrial production. In production and manufacturing, the cylindrical heat exchange block in the block hole graphite heat exchanger equipment adopts standard unit blocks with high structural strength. The structure does not use binders but uses polytetrafluoroethylene O-ring sealing medium. A pressure spring is installed as an automatic compensation mechanism for thermal expansion and contraction. The water hole is directly connected from one side to the other, and the material hole is covered with heat exchange blocks to improve material utilization. The allowable temperature is -20 ℃~165 ℃. Allowable pressure: 0.4MPA longitudinally, In the production process, standard components are assembled in a modular manner, which is convenient for installation and maintenance. The graphite heat exchanger equipment mainly consists of a shell and a core. The shell is made of steel plate, round steel, and flange as raw materials, which are cut and welded. The core is made of graphite as raw material, which is cut, machined, drilled, dried, impregnated, cured (dried), and trimmed. Before impregnation, the graphite needs to be dried and the steel needs to be welded. Then, the shell and core are assembled and pressure tested to be qualified, which is the finished product. The graphite heat exchange block is a standard part with two channels that are not connected to each other processed on an impermeable graphite block. The material flowing through the two channels transfers heat through the partition wall remaining on the graphite block between the channels. These two channels are perpendicular to each other in space and have a heat transfer effect.
