working principle

Composition of the equipment

The whole machine is composed of main engine, hot air fan, exhaust fan, spray system and control system.

1. The host is the main workshop of the coating machine, which has a coating drum composed of stainless steel sieve plates. The drum is equipped with a movable rod on the door, and the rod end is equipped with an adjustable medium spray gun that can automatically top the needle. The main transmission system of the drum is a variable frequency speed controller controlled by a frequency converter. There are hot air inlet and exhaust ducts on both sides of the drum, and the ducts are equipped with primary, intermediate, and filter to ensure that the hot air entering the workshop reaches a level of 100000 or above.

2. The hot air blower is the heat source supply system of the host, mainly composed of low-noise axial flow fan, filter, stainless steel U-shaped heater, etc. When the hot air required by the host is heated to a temperature above 80 ℃ through a heat exchanger, it is forcibly sent into the working room of the coating machine by the hot air blower for the production of the host.

3. The dust removal exhaust fan consists of a centrifugal fan, an ash bag filter, an ash collection drawer, etc. The main method is to create a negative pressure state in the working area of the coating drum through the operation of the exhaust fan, and then discharge the waste gas collected in non-woven bags to meet the requirements of "GMP". During this process, the power of the dust removal exhaust fan is greater than that of the hot air fan.

4. The system programmable logic controller (PLC) is installed on the upper part of the main machine of the coating machine and is the control system of the entire electrical equipment. Control, set, and display the working status of the entire unit throughout the process.​
