The flange structure and double-layer sealing rubber ring have good anti-corrosion and waterproof performance. The welding of the protective tube adopts fully automatic argon gas protective tube, with a firm weld and minimal intergranular corrosion. The scale plate is an aluminum oxide printing plate with a clear and aesthetically pleasing surface. The pointer is internally adjustable.
2、 Measurement principle:
Universal bimetallic thermometerIt works by utilizing the principle that two different metals expand differently when the temperature changes. The main component of industrial bimetallic thermometers is a multi-layer metal sheet composed of two or more metal sheets stacked together. To improve temperature sensitivity, metal sheets are usually made into a spiral coil shape. When the temperature of multi-layer metal sheets changes, the expansion or contraction of each layer of metal is uneven, causing the spiral coil to roll up or loosen.
Due to one end of the spiral coil being fixed and the other end being connected to a freely rotatable pointer, when the bimetallic strip senses a temperature change, the pointer can indicate the temperature on a circular scale. The temperature measurement range of this instrument is 200~650 ℃, and the allowable error is about 1% of the scale range. This thermometer has a similar purpose as a rod-shaped glass liquid thermometer, but can be used under conditions that require higher mechanical strength.
3、 Applicable occasions:
It can directly measure the temperature of liquid, steam, and gas media within the range of -80 ℃ to+500 ℃ in various production processes. Widely used in industries and scientific research departments such as petroleum, chemical, machinery, shipbuilding, power generation, textile, printing and dyeing.

3. The instrument should operate normally within an ambient temperature range of -30 ℃ to 80 ℃.
4. The temperature at which the instrument frequently operates can be between 1/2 and 3/4 of the scale range.
5. The length of the protective tube immersed in the measured medium must be greater than the length of the temperature sensing element to ensure measurement accuracy.
6. Do not use for measuring media in open containers.
7. Pay attention to checking during use, which will take about 6 months.
