Electric contact pressure indicating thermometers can also be used as circuit contact switches in temperature regulation systems. 2、 Measurement principle:
Electric contact pressure thermometerThe principle of temperature measurement is based on the relationship between the saturated vapor pressure and temperature of the evaporated liquid in a closed temperature measurement system. When the temperature sensor senses a temperature change, the saturated vapor in the closed system generates corresponding pressure, causing a change in the curvature of the elastic element and causing displacement at its free end. The displacement is then converted into an indicator value by a gear amplification mechanism.
3、 Applicable occasions:
The thermometer is used in the production site to automatically control and alarm the temperature. It can directly measure the temperature of liquid, steam, and gas media within the range of -80 ℃ to+500 ℃ in various production processes.Suitable for neutral corrosive liquids and gases.

The contact capacity of the upper and lower limit electrical device of the WTZ (Q) -280 series electric contact thermometer is 10VA without inductance, so every user needs to solve the problem of contact power amplification. For the convenience of users, we will provide the following power amplifier circuit with anti vibration and arc extinguishing effects
Line prompt: As long as the lower limit contact in the power amplifier circuit is touched once, the coil circuit will enter a self-locking state. Only when the upper limit contact is activated once, the lower limit circuit will exit the self-locking state, thus achieving the requirement of protecting the electrical contacts.
