The protective tube, joint head, bolts, etc. are all made of stainless steel material. The watch case is made of aluminum plate stretched and processed with black electrophoretic treatment on the cutting surface. The cover and box are sealed with a double layered rubber ring thread structure in a circular shape, so the overall waterproof and anti-corrosion performance of the instrument is good. It adopts a bent pipe structure, with a novel, lightweight, and aesthetically pleasing appearance.
2、 Measurement principle:
Seismic resistant bimetallic thermometerIt works by utilizing the principle that two different metals expand differently when the temperature changes. The main component of industrial bimetallic thermometers is a multi-layer metal sheet composed of two or more metal sheets stacked together. To improve the temperature sensitivity of bimetallic thermometers, the metal sheet is usually made into a spiral coil shape. When the temperature of multi-layer metal sheets changes, the expansion or contraction of each layer of metal is uneven, causing the spiral coil to roll up or loosen. Due to one end of the spiral coil being fixed and the other end being connected to a freely rotatable pointer, when the bimetallic strip senses a temperature change, the pointer can indicate the temperature on a circular scale.

The bimetallic thermometer is filled with shock resistant oil inside, effectively preventing instrument damage or inaccurate measurement caused by mechanical vibration during the measurement process. Widely used in industries and scientific research departments such as petroleum, chemical, machinery, shipbuilding, power generation, textile, printing and dyeing.

6、 Attention:
1. During storage, installation, use, and transportation, try to avoid collision with the protective tube and prohibit bending or deformation of the protective tube.
2. During installation, it is strictly prohibited to twist the instrument housing.
3. The instrument should operate normally within an ambient temperature range of -30 ℃ to 80 ℃.
4. The temperature at which the instrument frequently operates can be between 1/2 and 3/4 of the scale range.
5. The length of the protective tube immersed in the measured medium must be greater than the length of the temperature sensing element to ensure measurement accuracy.
6. Do not use for measuring media in open containers.
7. Pay attention to checking during use, which will take about 6 months.
