Product Introduction

The portable PM10&PM2.5 sampler (TE Wilbur) is currently an environmental particulate matter monitoring and sampling system that can be configured for particle classification devices such as TSP, PM10, PM2.5, and PMc with flow rates between 1-25 SLPM. The TE Wilbur particulate matter monitor is an ideal instrument for environmental monitoring, warning monitoring, and industrial monitoring. It is designed for particulate matter sampling in any environment and can be easily and quickly deployed. In terms of small traffic sampling, it exceeds all performance requirements set by USEPA. The user interface of TE Wilbur is a 5.7 "full-color touch screen with a very intuitive operation menu. This system is specifically designed and developed to meet the recommendations of instrument users. The characteristics of TE Wilbur include: simple and easy menu operation, step-by-step calibration, and screen display status alarm. The program of its controller can be downloaded through USB and is compatible with the network communication protocol (MODBUS). By using a quality flow rate measuring instrument and equipped with environmental pressure and temperature sensors, the pump speed is adjusted through a very precise control circuit to maintain the sample gas flow rate at 16.67LPM. Through the filter membrane replacement device designed by Tisch, users can install and replace the filter membrane with one hand. In addition, the filter membrane replacement device does not require continuous adjustment to prevent filter leakage. The data can be obtained through any data acquisition system compatible with network communication protocols, or can be easily downloaded using filters with USB drivers.

Product certification:

Based on the US Federal Regulations (CFR 40 Part 53), the US Environmental Protection Agency has used Tisch Environment's TE-Wilbur 2.5 and TE-Wilbur 10 samplers as the Federal Reference Method (FRM) and Federal Equivalent Method (FEM) for measuring environmental particulate matter. This product uses the weight method, complies with all requirements of CFR 40 Part 53 Appendix L, and has been tested and certified to meet all requirements of CFR 40 Part 53. The specific authentication method and authentication number are shown in the table below.
