Dr. Hans Grimm founded GRIMM Aerosol Technology GmbH in Germany in 1981. After more than 25 years of successful operation in Europe, he decided to open up the Chinese market, provide services to Chinese customers, and introduce new technologies for measuring particulate matter in indoor and outdoor environments in Europe to customers. At the beginning of its establishment, Grimm mainly focused on the filtration industry, cleanroom industry, air quality, and cosmetics industry in Western Europe. Before the iron curtain was opened, Grimm mainly focused on research institutes in Eastern Europe

In order to meet the requirements of mobile monitoring of nano aerosols in indoor or outdoor places, GRIMM has developed this NanoCheck portable monitor, which is suitable for particulate matter generated during cooking processes, smoking, printing equipment, fires, and transportation vehicles, with a particle size range of 25nm-300nm.

NanoCheck can be used in conjunction with OPC to monitor particulate matter in 32 channels ranging from 25-30um.

NanoCheck consists of three parts: an aerosol Faraday cup electrostatic meter, a unipolar Corona electrode, and a time multiplexed conductivity detection. The time resolution is 10 seconds.
