Description of sewage treatment process flow

After removing some large impurities through the coarse grid in the collection well, domestic wastewater and production wastewater are mostly removed of SS in the fine grid and cyclone sedimentation tank. The self flow of the cyclone sedimentation tank enters the regulating tank and is pumped to the thickener. The sludge from the thickener is discharged to the newly built sludge tank, and the supernatant of the thickener flows into the electrochemical deep treatment for heavy metal deep treatment. Electrolytic coagulation, electrolytic air flotation, and electrolytic oxidation-reduction reactions occur, producing a series of multi-core complexes and hydroxides, which react with dissolved solids, colloids, and suspended solids in water, especially heavy metal pollution factors, to produce a large number of pollutant flocs. Electrochemical deep treatment enters the aeration tank for oxidation and agitation, and a small amount of PAM is added to the aeration tank to promote flocculation. The effluent from the aeration tank flows into the inclined tube sedimentation tank, and the upper clear liquid then flows into the A2/O tank for biochemical treatment. After passing through the channel, it meets the standard for discharge.

The small surface area of microelectrolyte materials also requires a long time for wastewater treatment, which increases the investment cost per ton of water and seriously affects the utilization and promotion of microelectrolyte processes.

Planning parameters for complete sets of buried sewage equipment facilities

1. The entire equipment can be buried underground, and the surface can be used for beautification or square purposes, so the equipment does not require external accumulation, building, or heating.

2. The biological oxidation tank of this device has a small volume, strong adaptability to water quality, good impact resistance, stable water quality, and will not produce sludge.

3. High purification level and low sludge generation in the entire system. The system is simple, except for the suction port, the rest of the parts are buried underground for operation, with low noise and reliable equipment. Abundant liquid gas mixture, high oxygen absorption rate, and high power efficiency.

4. Equip with a fully electric control system and system: achieve full operation in unmanned conditions. The self-control system controls the start and stop of pumps and aeration equipment according to the size of the water inflow, and starts the equipment at regular intervals, causing problems to appear. The system is equipped with manual and two forms. During debugging and maintenance, manual form can be selected, and during normal operation, manual form can be selected.



Equipment foundation, equipment, debugging and

Foundation: If this equipment is placed above the floor, only a concrete floor with the same appearance as the equipment is needed as the foundation. The pressure bearing capacity of the foundation must be greater than 4T/m3, and it should be horizontal and flat. If this equipment is buried below the floor, the foundation elevation must be less than or equal to the equipment elevation and ensure that there is no water accumulation during rain. The foundation is generally made of plain concrete (whether reinforcement is required depends on the local geological conditions).

After the equipment is completed, it must be filled with water and tested for any leaks in the pipeline interfaces. Soil can then be filled around the equipment and in the open space, and placed flat on the ground. Connect the control line of the electrical control cabinet to the equipment, and connect the electrical control cabinet to the power supply. When wiring, pay attention to the direction of the fan and water pump.

After installing the equipment, it is necessary to ensure that there is no water accumulation on the rainy ground, and there should be no heavy objects above the steel structure pool. Generally, the equipment should not be emptied of internal sewage to prevent groundwater from floating the equipment.

Equipment: The integrated domestic sewage treatment equipment should establish a set of timing criteria, with the primary vulnerable components being the fan and water pump. Regularly check the looseness of screws in various parts of the fan and water pump, the tightness of the packing box, the temperature of the bearings, and the quality and quantity of the oil to ensure that all components are normal. Check the dosage and remaining amount of the agent together, and if necessary, add and make up for it. The fan and water pump must be repaired every 5000-8000 hours of operation.

Equipment: This equipment consists of several sets of tanks, one set is a reinforced concrete structure tank body, and the other set is a steel structure tank body. The reinforced concrete pool body is buried underground, and the steel structure body can be buried underground. The civil engineering plan for the steel structure pool body and the foundation of the steel structure pool body is provided by our company, and it is required that the excavation width around it must be at least 600mm larger than the equipment plane scale.

Debugging: Our company is responsible for the debugging operation. In order to accelerate the debugging operation, bacterial strains can be added. To avoid bacterial loss, the water inlet can be reduced and the fan can be started for aeration until a layer of orange biofilm grows on the packing, which completes the packing film hanging. Then, the water inlet can be increased to the rated amount. After the completion of the packing membrane hanging, the microorganisms in the biological tank are domesticated by gradually reducing the aeration rate, making the biological tank in a state of hypoxia, and turning the microorganisms on the packing into facultative microorganisms. Then, the microorganisms are adaptively operated until they meet the planning requirements.


According to the equipment diagram, the steel structure pool body should be lifted into place using a crane. When positioning the equipment, it must be done under the guidance of our skilled personnel, and the orientation and direction of the box should not be misplaced. Then, our company will be responsible for connecting the pipelines between the pools.

Mainly removing suspended solid pollution in sewage, most physical treatment methods can only meet the requirements of primary treatment. After first level treatment, the BOD of sewage can generally be removed by about 30%, which cannot achieve discharge. The first level processing belongs to the preprocessing of the second level processing.
