The constant temperature and humidity test chamber is suitable for testing the performance indicators of aerospace products, information electronic instruments, materials, electrical and electronic products, and various electronic components in high and low temperature or humid and hot environments.
Box Structure
The box body of the high and low temperature damp heat test chamber is processed and formed by CNC machine tools, with a beautiful and elegant appearance, and adopts non reactive handles for easy operation.
The inner liner of the box is made of imported high-grade stainless steel (SUS304) mirror panel, and the outer liner of the box is made of A3 steel plate spray painted, which increases the appearance texture and cleanliness.
The water replenishment tank is located at the bottom right of the control box and has automatic water shortage protection, making it more convenient for operators to replenish water sources.
The large observation window is equipped with lighting to keep the inside of the box bright, and uses tempered glass embedded in the heating body to observe the condition inside the box clearly at any time.
Separating the humidification system pipeline from the control circuit board in the high and low temperature wet heat test chamber can prevent malfunctions caused by water leakage in the humidification pipeline and improve safety.
The waterway system pipeline circuit system adopts a door opening, which is convenient for maintenance and inspection.
A double-layer high-temperature resistant high tensile sealing strip is used between the door and the box to ensure the sealing of the testing area.
The left side of the box is equipped with a test hole with a diameter of 30mm, 50mm, or 100mm, which can be used for external testing power or signal lines. (The aperture or number of holes should be specified when placing the order).
The bottom of the machine adopts high-quality fixed PU movable wheels.
