Overview
The CT series is a shredding and crushing equipment that integrates a single axis shredder and a crusher. After being processed by a single axis shredder, larger materials become irregularly shaped block materials with a size of about 40mm. Due to the compact design of the equipment, the processed materials will directly fall into the crushing chamber for the second crushing process. After being processed by the CT series shredding and crushing machine, the material will directly become granular material of about 12mm, meeting the needs of customers.

The CT shredder and crusher integrated machine has been carefully developed by the Wesken team, with a simple design that eliminates the need for conveying equipment between the shredder and crusher. The compact body also saves 60% of valuable floor space for customer workshops. The integration of the shredder and crusher, combined with the Smart system control, enables the upper and lower coordination of the shredding chamber and crushing chamber, overload protection of the entire machine, and helps each customer save energy and achieve efficient production.

1. Cooperate with the fan aggregate system to achieve rapid recovery and regeneration of particles, reducing labor costs and air pollution. 2. Save space, reduce the number of devices, and have high cost-effectiveness. 3. It can directly produce regenerated granular materials. 4. Swing arm push box is more conducive to long-term continuous work and eliminates material storage. 5. Automatic overload protection function to avoid severe overload and jamming of equipment. 6. The shredder blade roller uses DC53 material, while the crusher blade uses D2 material. 7. After system setup, both the shredder and crusher can be driven independently.
