5、 Institution and working principle

TXDB1L-63 residual current circuit breaker is a current operated electronic residual current circuit breaker. It is an integrated small residual current protection circuit breaker designed specifically for single-phase circuits, with the characteristics of large capacity and small volume, saving resources and space for users to install.
The circuit breaker is mainly composed of contacts, housing, operating mechanism, electromagnetic system, trip mechanism, arc extinguishing device, zero sequence transformer, electronic discrimination control circuit, trip indication and other parts, with overload, short circuit and leakage protection functions.
Working principle of residual current circuit breaker
Overload protection: When the circuit is overloaded, the bimetallic strip pushes the lock buckle, causing the circuit breaker to trip and provide action protection;
Short circuit protection: When a short circuit fault occurs in the circuit, the electromagnetic coil generates a strong magnetic field, and the iron core quickly pushes the lock buckle, causing the circuit breaker to trip (cutting off the power supply within 0.1 seconds) and providing action protection;
Leakage protection: When a leakage fault occurs in the protected circuit, the current vector sum of the zero sequence current transformer is not equal to zero, and the secondary output terminal of the transformer generates voltage, causing the thyristor to conduct and the electromagnetic trip system to act, causing the trip link to push the circuit breaker to trip and cut off the power supply within 0.1 seconds, thus playing a leakage protection role.
