It is mainly used for overload and short circuit protection of equipment, and can also be used for infrequent line switching under normal circumstances. It can also be used as an isolation switch for disconnecting lines for line and equipment maintenance.

The shell is made of flame-retardant and arc resistant high-strength new plastic, with good impact strength and flame retardant performance. The contact system adopts an electric repulsion structure, which has a significant current limiting effect and greatly improves the segmentation ability of the circuit breaker. The release adopts a screw type electromagnetic release, with accurate and stable setting current. Multi pole products are assembled from single poles.
The TXB7N series of new miniature circuit breakers are suitable for use by untrained personnel and do not require maintenance. The protection characteristics of the overcurrent release have been set before leaving the factory, and it is impossible for users to adjust them during use to avoid affecting performance.
The TXB7N series of new circuit breakers can be equipped with various accessories, such as shunt release devices, overvoltage and undervoltage protection devices, and can be retrofitted with DC circuit breakers. Using wire connection method, it can connect up to 25mm ² round copper wire. Install the guide rail using TH35-7.5 standard steel.
The main contact of the TXB7N-63 new miniature circuit breaker is manually operated or electrically closed. After the main contact is closed, the free release mechanism locks the main contact in the closed position. The coil of the overcurrent release and the thermal element of the thermal release are connected in series with the main circuit, while the coil of the undervoltage release is connected in parallel with the power supply. When a short circuit or severe overload occurs in the circuit, the armature of the overcurrent release will engage, causing the free release mechanism to operate and the main contact to disconnect the main circuit. When the circuit is overloaded, the thermal element of the thermal release generates heat, causing the bimetallic strip to bend and pushing the free release mechanism to move. When the circuit is under voltage, the armature of the undervoltage release is released. Also enables the free release mechanism to operate. The shunt release is used for remote control. During normal operation, its coil is de energized. When distance control is required, the start button is pressed to energize the coil, and the armature drives the free release mechanism to operate, causing the main contact to disconnect.
