TXB8F-125External automatic reclosing of electric meterminiature circuit breaker(also known asElectric meter air switch)(hereinafter referred to asCircuit breaker)Suitable for AC 50Hz, rated working voltage up to 400V, and rated working current up to 125A lines, it can perform remote automatic closing and opening control or automatic signal control closing and opening of the line, while also providing overload and short circuit protection for the line. It can also be equipped with a voltage loss release device to achieve the function of power-off opening and automatic closing when powered on. At present, it is widely used in photovoltaic grid connected AC distribution boxes, as well as in situations where personnel are difficult to access, maintenance personnel cannot be in place in a timely manner, unmanned situations, and situations with high requirements for power supply continuity. TXB8F-125 prepaid electric meter automatic reclosing small circuit breaker is a new type independently developed by Taixi Electric, which can reliably and automatically disconnect and cut off power due to arrears through a motor, and automatically close and continue power after payment. It can also effectively protect the line and terminal equipment, and provide feedback on the closing and opening status signals.

3、 Structural characteristics

TXB8F-125 seriesAutomatic reclosing circuit breakerAssembled from 1P+N or 3P+N high segmented miniature circuit breakers and 18mm wide standard 1P intelligent trip reclosing modules.
The external small circuit breaker of the electric meter needs to receive remote control signals (such as energy meter control signals, etc.) to achieve remote reclosing function;
All poles are equipped with overcurrent protection and short-circuit protection functions;
The maximum rated breaking capacity can reach 10KA;
The external circuit breaker of the electricity meter is equipped with two working modes: "automatic" and "manual", and has an LED indicator light (lit to indicate normal charging status)
The front side of the external circuit breaker of the electric meter is equipped with standard interfaces for closing signal (C) and feedback signal (F);
The external miniature circuit breaker of this meter does not support remote closing function in "manual mode" (similar to the prepaid dedicated circuit breaker function of an energy meter)
The external miniature circuit breaker of the electric meter cannot be manually closed in any state after receiving a disconnection command, and the internal contacts are always in the disconnected position when closed.
The reclosing circuit breaker has a memory function, and when the power is cut off and the power is restored, the product will always maintain its working state during the power outage;

The operating mechanism of the circuit breaker is a free release mechanism with energy storage, which enables quick contact closure and quick disconnection, overcoming the adverse effects of the speed of the handle during the automatic closing and opening process of the circuit breaker, greatly improving the service life of the product; During normal operation, the contact can only remain in the closed or open position;
