This product is suitable for AC 50Hz, rated working voltage 230V~400V, and rated current up to 63A in power lines. It mainly consists of zero sequence current transformers, electronic component boards, residual current circuit breakers, and has overload and short circuit protection functions. It can also be added with overvoltage and undervoltage protection functions according to user needs to provide indirect contact protection for people, as well as overcurrent protection for buildings and similar power lines. It can also provide protection against fires caused by grounding faults that persist due to the malfunction of overcurrent protection devices. Leakage circuit breakers with overvoltage protection can also provide protection against high voltage caused by power grid faults.
The TXB7LE new residual current circuit breaker has been increasingly adopted as a backup protection for ground faults and direct and indirect contact electric shocks in low-voltage distribution systems.
Circuit breakerMainly used for the protection of building lighting and distribution systems, in compliance with the requirements of GB16917.1 and IEC61009-1 standards. This product has passed the national CCC certification.

3、 Structural features

The TXB7LE residual current circuit breaker is assembled and integrated from the accessories of the new residual current release and the TXB7N-63 small circuit breakerNarrow type leakage protectorTherefore, it maintains the same time current action characteristics as TXB7N. The leakage release characteristic parameters are set by the factory and cannot be adjusted by the user. The leakage release cannot be disassembled to avoid affecting performance. The rated current of the leakage release housing is 63A, and it can be connected to 10mm ² and 25mm ² wires respectively.

There is a dedicated indicator device on the leakage release to indicate the leakage action, and the leakage circuit breaker can only be closed after the indicator device is reset. It is also equipped with a test device with a self resetting button. When pressed, the internal circuit generates a simulated residual current to break the circuit breaker. The experimental device should be tested regularly, once a month.

4、 Normal working and installation conditions

The ambient air temperature ranges from -5 degrees Celsius to 40 degrees Celsius, with an average of no more than 35 degrees Celsius within 24 hours.
◆ Altitude: The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m.
◆ Atmospheric conditions: The relative humidity of the air at the installation site shall not exceed 50% at a maximum temperature of 40 degrees Celsius, and a relatively high relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures; For example, reaching 90% at 25 degrees Celsius.
Installation category: Level II and III.
Pollution level: Level 2.
Installation form: TH35-7 steel installation rail is used for installation.
Installation conditions: The external magnetic field of the installation site should not exceed 5 times the geomagnetic field in any direction; Residual current operated circuit breakers should generally be installed vertically, with the handle facing upwards as the power on position; The installation site should have no significant impact or vibration.
