    working principle

    The TS-QJ702 (B) Bridge Hole Grouting Quality Inspection Instrument uses the elastic wave (sound wave) transmission method to detect the overall density of prestressed hole grouting in bridges. The giant magnetic acoustic source excites elastic waves on the lock and beam at one end of the hole, and receives elastic wave signals on the lock and beam at the other end of the hole. The density of hole grouting is determined by analyzing the propagation characteristics of elastic waves in the hole and beam. For ducts with low overall density, the single point elastic wave (acoustic wave) reflection method is used to detect the defect position point by point along the direction of the duct
    Product Features


    1. A set of equipment has both qualitative detection function for grouting compactness of prestressed ducts in beams and defect location detection function;
    2. The instrument adopts a 24 bit 500kHz analog-to-digital conversion unit, which has the ability and accuracy to detect weak signals;
