Larger particles lose their inertial energy and, under their own gravity and collision with the wall plateTrapped at the bottom, it serves as a primary dust collector, allowing the inlet concentration to reach up to 500g/cubic meter without the need for additional primary dust removal equipment. This reduces the footprint and saves investment costs. The dust containing gas that has undergone primary treatment enters the filtering chamber and is filtered by filter bags. The filtered clean gas is discharged through the clean gas chamber.

If requested by the user, the following settings can be added:
1. Differential pressure display, used to observe the resistance changes of the dust collector.
2. In occasions with explosion-proof requirements, aluminum film or flip plate explosion-proof doors can be installed, equipped with anti-static filter materials to prevent accidents.
3. Under high temperature flue gas conditions, high-temperature resistant filter bags, temperature sensors, and cold air valves should be configured according to the situation, controlled by an electric control cabinet. When the temperature exceeds the set value, the cold air valve will automatically open to cool down, and the body needs to be insulated.
