The components of this device include:
1) Clean air chamber
It consists of a clean air chamber shell, an air bag, an electromagnetic pulse valve, a spray pipe, a top maintenance door, an air outlet, and a top guardrail.
2) Box body
The box body, in addition to its own shell, has a flower plate on the upper surface. The flower plate holes are equipped with filter bags and bag cages, and the upper opening of the bag cage is equipped with a Venturi tube. One side of the box body is equipped with an air inlet partition, and the end face is equipped with an air inlet. The air inlet is set within a height range of 2M in the middle box, with a large degree of freedom, which is conducive to corresponding with the height of the air inlet duct.
3) Ash bucket
The upper opening of the ash hopper is connected to the lower opening flange of the box, and the lower opening is equipped with a φ 300 handle type flap valve, code named "A" type. The flap valve is equipped with an ash tank below, and the operator regularly releases the ash and transports the ash stored in the ash tank to the location; For larger specifications, multiple ash hoppers (Type A) can be used, or a screw conveyor with a star shaped ash discharge valve can be used to remove the ash, with the code "S".
4) Other
