All control and display of TDA-5C are centralized on the front panel, away from the particle output port. TDA-5C can hold suspended particulate liquid that can work continuously for 4 hours. In addition, digital temperature control allows users to provide the required working conditions for different suspended particulate agents.
TDA-5C produces uniformly distributed suspended particles by releasing a certain amount of suspended particle liquid that sublimates onto a larger heating surface. The liquid evaporates and forms discrete suspended particles under the action of a small amount of nitrogen gas (5 pounds pressure). The generated particles are sufficient to provide a TDA-2G or TDA-2E dust analyzer with a flow rate of 500 to 65000 cfm. If the sensitivity of the suspended particle analyzer is increased, it can be used for leak testing of less than 100 μ l.
