The high-temperature and high shear tester is designed and produced in accordance with SH/T0703 and ASTM D5481 standards, and is used to measure the viscosity value of engine oil under high-temperature and high shear conditions. At a constant temperature of 150 ℃, the oil sample inside the injection tube is injected and scalarized through an air pump connected to the injection tube, and flows through a capillary tube with an inner diameter of 0.15mm under an inert gas pressure of 0.5-3.5MPa to simulate the actual application scenario of high temperature and high shear. The experiment automatically records the duration and stable air pressure, and automatically calculates the high-temperature and high shear viscosity value of the oil sample to be tested.
