The heating methods for Jinzong mechanical jacket reaction kettle include steam heating, electric heating, and thermal oil heating.
The cooling methods include: inner coil cooling method and jacket cooling method.
The jacketed electric heating reactor has the characteristics of rapid heating, high temperature resistance, hygiene, no environmental pollution, no need for boiler insulation, good insulation effect, and convenient use.

Precautions for operating an electric heating stainless steel reactor:
1. The oil volume is about 80% of the jacket volume (assuming that the oil does not overflow when the heater is working).
2. It is strictly prohibited to use electric heating when there is no thermal oil or no material in the kettle (or an empty kettle).
3. The vent pipe installed on the upper part of the electric heating jacket should be unobstructed to prevent blockage.
4. The temperature rise of electric heating should be slow, especially during secondary heating, attention should be paid to preventing the boiling of oil, gas, and water vapor.
5. To effectively save energy, an external insulation layer should be added to the equipment, and overpressure use is strictly prohibited.
