Enamel/enamel glass reaction vessel (reaction tank) is a chemical equipment that uses enamel glass containing high silica to line the inner surface of a steel container, and then firmly and uniformly adheres to the metal surface through high-temperature burning. Therefore, the enamel reaction kettle has the dual advantages of glass stability and metal strength, and is an excellent corrosion-resistant chemical equipment. Enamel reaction vessels (enamel reaction tanks) and enamel glass stirring containers have been widely used in industrial production and scientific research in chemical, pharmaceutical, dye, pesticide, organic synthesis, petroleum, food manufacturing, and defense industries for reactions, evaporation, concentration, synthesis, extraction, polymerization, saponification, mineralization, chlorination, nitration, etc., replacing expensive stainless steel and non-ferrous metals.
Reaction kettle, also known as reaction kettle, distillation kettle, water washing kettle, neutralization kettle, dissolution kettle, condensation kettle, and many other names are given based on the chemical reactions of their own products.
The chemical reaction tanks and enamel/enamel glass reaction vessels produced by our company are all fired using specific specifications of electric furnaces. Enamel/enamel glass equipment has the characteristics of smooth surface, wear resistance, heat resistance, easy washing, non polluting materials, low price, and not easy to bounce porcelain.
Enamel and enamel glass are only different in name, in fact, there is no essential difference. To be more professional, enamel is low-temperature enamel fired (690-780 ℃), while enamel glass is high-temperature enamel fired (880-1050 ℃). The melting temperature of steel plate is 1300 ℃.
