This machine is used to measure the indentation hardness of porous elastic materials. The polyurethane sponge foam sample can be tested according to the national standard, and the indentation hardness of sponge, foam and other materials can be accurately measured. It can also be used for the production of seat foam
(such as backrest, seat cushion foam, etc.) to measure the specified indentation hardness and accurately measure the indentation hardness of each foam part of the seat.
The principle of sponge indentation hardness stress tester, sponge indentation hardness tester, and foam indentation hardness tester: the sponge foam compression stress test places the sample between the upper and lower platens, and the upper platen compresses a certain size of sample downward at the specified speed to the concavity specified in Method A (Method B, Method C) required by the national standard, the load cell on it will feedback the induced pressure to the controller for processing and display, so as to measure the indentation hardness of sponge, foam and other materials.
