The walk-in high-low temperature humidity alternating test chamber (also known as the walk-in high-low temperature test chamber) is used for heat and cold resistance testing of defense industry, aerospace industry, automation components, automotive parts, electronic and electrical components, plastics, chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry and related products. It provides a large temperature and humidity testing environment space for large parts, semi-finished products, and finished products in the industry, suitable for testing equipment with large quantities and volumes of products.

Step into the energy-saving design of high and low temperature alternating humid and hot chamber: VRF (refrigerant flow control) technology based on PID+PWM principle is used to achieve low-temperature energy-saving operation, equipped with cold control PID automatic adjustment technology (in the process of linear cooling and low-temperature constant temperature, the cooling output is adjusted by cold control PID to achieve temperature balance, that is, the "cold balance" technology of cooling without heating and heating without cooling). The design using this mode can save more than 30% energy compared to the traditional cold and hot balance mode.


When entering the high and low temperature alternating humid and hot chamber, the controller drives the circulating fan to operate, and the circulating fan drives the impeller to rotate. The impeller drives the gas in the test space to move towards the air conditioning channel, resulting in a positive pressure on the outlet side of the impeller and a negative pressure on the return outlet side of the test space. Under the joint action of the positive pressure on the outlet side of the impeller and the negative pressure on the return outlet side, the gas in the test space flows into the air conditioning channel through the ventilation hole of the return outlet baffle, and after being treated by the heater, evaporator or humidifier, it is driven by the impeller and uniformly flows into the test space through the ventilation hole of the outlet baffle, achieving uniform adjustment of the temperature and humidity fields in the test space. Finally, it flows into the air conditioning channel through the ventilation hole of the return outlet baffle and enters the next gas cycle. Process. The gas circulation process is a continuous process. The controller adjusts the humidification capacity of the humidifier through PID based on the temperature and humidity set in the test chamber, as well as the temperature and humidity values detected by the temperature and humidity sensors at the outlet of the channel baffle. It also adjusts the cooling or heating capacity through PID as needed, in order to achieve uniform and stable temperature and humidity fields in the test space.
