To ensure the quality of glass lining equipment andEnamel glass reactorHas a longer service lifeIn addition to taking corresponding protective measures during installation and use, strengthening the maintenance of glass lined equipment also plays an important role. During the maintenance process of glass lined equipment, the following aspects should be noted:

1.1 After each reaction is completed, a detailed inspection must be carried out under light (if possible, key equipment should be inspected inside the tank). If cracks, porcelain explosions, or other damages are found, they must be repaired in a timely manner before use.

1.2 Regular cleaning is required

1) Tank shell: The metal surface on the outside of the enamel layer is protected from corrosion caused by acid mist and acid liquids, in order to prevent the metal surface from reacting with acid to produce hydrogen, which can cause the ceramic layer to "scale explosion". If there is acid leakage, it should be cleaned and sealed immediately. Protective paint should be applied regularly.

2) Jacket: During use, the thermal conductivity of the equipment may sometimes decrease or the porcelain surface may experience scale explosion. The reason may be that when the equipment is in use, acidic impurities sometimes fall into the circulating water, generating atomic hydrogen on the steel surface. It can drill into the interior of the steel and produce pressure at the contact between the enamel layer and the steel surface, causing the enamel to peel off in a scale like manner or sometimes the corroded surface of the steel forms a scale layer, which seriously deteriorates the thermal conductivity of the equipment. Therefore, both the heating and cooling media in the jacket should be neutral. To avoid corrosion inside the jacket, regular cleaning should be carried out. If a descaling agent is used for descaling, it should be completed in the shortest possible time, and the jacket should be repeatedly rinsed with water. The residual liquid should be tested to be neutral.

3) Inside the tank: Regular cleaning can be carried out according to the specific reaction situation. When cleaning, do not use strong acid solution, especially acid solution with pH<3. Instead, use 1.5-2% sodium hypochlorite solution. If there is solid material bonding in the tank, do not use metal or hard rods to tap and shovel.

1.3 Storage of Glass lined Reactor: Any unused or temporarily unused glass lined equipment and components should be protected and stored to prevent collision and rain. The jacket and thermometer sleeve should not be filled with water, as water freezing in winter can cause the porcelain layer to swell and crack.

1.4 Daily maintenance and upkeep

1) The user of glass lined pressure vessels shall carry out daily maintenance and upkeep of the pressure vessel and its safety accessories, safety protection devices, measurement and control devices, and auxiliary instruments and meters. Any abnormal situations found shall be promptly handled and recorded. And establish a regular inspection system for safety accessories, which shall be carried out in accordance with the "Rules for Periodic Inspection of Pressure Vessels" and relevant safety technical specifications.

2) Regularly check whether the transmission components and flange seals are normal, regularly replace the lubricating fluid in the transmission device and mechanical seal chamber to ensure normal lubrication of all operating parts, and promptly replace failed flange gaskets.

1.5 Hidden danger handling: The user of glass lined pressure vessels shall promptly inspect the glass lined pressure vessels that have faults or abnormal situations, eliminate accident hazards, and promptly scrap pressure vessels with serious accident hazards and no value for renovation and maintenance, and handle cancellation procedures.

1.6 Annual Inspection

1) Units using glass lined pressure vessels shall conduct annual inspections of pressure vessels, which shall include at least inspections of pressure vessel safety management, pressure vessel body and operation status, and pressure vessel safety accessories. Perform a 3-5 kV DC high voltage test on the enamel porcelain surface inside the tank.

2) The annual inspection work can be carried out by professional personnel of the pressure vessel user unit, or by commissioning qualified special equipment inspection agencies.

1.7 Regular Inspection

The user of glass lined pressure vessels shall conduct regular inspections of the pressure vessels before the expiration of their validity periodSubmit a regular inspection request to the special equipment inspection agency within one month, and upon receiving the request, the inspection agency shall conduct the inspection in a timely manner. The regular inspection organization and personnel, as well as the regular inspection cycle and content, should be carried out in accordance with TSGR0004-2009 "Safety Technical Supervision Regulations for Fixed Pressure Vessels".

1.8 Procurement, discontinuation, transfer, and relocation of glass lined pressure vessels

1) The user of enamel glass pressure vessels shall not purchase scrapped enamel glass pressure vessels. The shutdown, transfer, and relocation of equipment shall be strictly handled in accordance with the relevant regulations on inspection and use registration.

2) Glass lined pressure vessels that have been reused after 2 years of cessation of use, as well as glass lined pressure vessels that have been transferred from external units or from our own unit, should be inspected and subjected to pressure tests in accordance with the relevant regulations for regular inspections before use.
