Six level air microbial sampler, one machine dual-use GR-1353The Type Air Microbial Sampler (hereinafter referred to as the Sampler) is a sampling instrument specially developed by our company for collecting microorganisms in the air. It is based on the Anderson impact method principle, which extracts air at a certain flow rate, accelerates the impact of microbial particles in the airflow onto the surface of a culture dish containing nutrient agar medium, and forms visible colonies after cultivation. The colonies are counted and the concentration of live individuals in the air is calculated based on the sampling volume. Widely used in health and epidemic prevention, disease control, pharmaceutical industry, food industry, hospitals, scientific research and education departments, providing a basis for evaluating the hazards of microbial pollution in the air environment and its prevention and control measures.

working principle

Six level air microbial sampler, one machine dual-use GR-1353The Type Air Microbial Sampler simulates the anatomical structure and aerodynamic characteristics of the human respiratory tract. It uses the principle of inertial impact to collect suspended microbial particles on the surface of the sampling medium in a graded manner according to their size. The sampling medium is then taken out for cultivation to monitor the physical size, shape, concentration, particle size distribution of bacteria, fungi, viruses, and further microbial analysis.
