Functional and Technical Requirements for EC600 Sheet Forming Testing Machine

  1. Dual power hydraulic mechanism: The edge pressing hydraulic cylinder and the main stretching cylinder are independently controlled and do not affect each other
  2. Main stretching cylinder servo electro-hydraulic drive, adjustable stretching speed up to 3mm/S
  3. The edge pressing hydraulic cylinder is servo driven by electro-hydraulic, with a high edge pressing speed of 3mm/s; It can achieve two modes of edge pressing function: stroke edge pressing and closed-loop edge pressing. Stroke edge pressing is a high-power shearing or pressing of the sample at a speed of 3mm/S, while closed-loop edge pressing is used to achieve CNC adjustable edge pressing force, and the two modes are easy to switch between
  4. The closed-loop edge pressing system can edit the output curve of "X-axis stretching displacement - Y-axis edge pressing force", and automatically track the corresponding edge pressing force value of the output curve as the stretching displacement advances.
