Regular cleaning of equipment
(1) Clean the PLC every six months or quarters, cut off the power supply to the PLC, remove the power rack, CPU motherboard, and input/output board in sequence, blow and clean them, and then install them in place in sequence. After restoring all connections, power on and start the PLC host. Thoroughly clean the PLC box for hygiene;

Preparation before maintenance

Equipment disassembly and assembly sequence and method
(1) Shutdown maintenance requires two or more people to supervise the operation;
(2) Turn the mode selection switch on the front panel of the CPU from "Run" to "Stop" position;
(3) Turn off the main power supply of the PLC, and then turn off other power supplies that supply power to the module;
(4) After recording the wire number and connection position of the power cord connected to the power rack, remove it, and then remove the screws connecting the power rack to the cabinet, and the power rack can be removed;
(5) The CPU motherboard and I/O board can be removed by rotating the screws below the template;
(6) Install in reverse order;
Maintenance process and technical requirements
(1) When measuring voltage, a digital voltmeter or an * meter with an accuracy of 1% should be used for measurement
(2) The power rack and CPU motherboard can only be removed when the main power is cut off;
(3) Before removing or inserting the RAM module from or into the CPU, it is necessary to disconnect the power of the PC to ensure that the data is not chaotic;
(4) Before removing the RAM module, check if the module battery is working properly. If the battery fault light is on, removing the module's RAM content will result in loss;
(5) Before removing the input/output board, the main power should also be turned off. However, if necessary for production, the I/O board can also be removed while the programmable controller is running, but the QVZ (timeout) light on the CPU board will be on;
(6) Be extra careful when inserting and removing templates, handle with care, and move away from items that generate static electricity;
(7) Replacing components must not be operated with electricity;
(8) After maintenance, the template must be installed in place
