SBA 458 Nemesis® Its characteristic lies in its unique measurement settings on the market, supporting flexible and variable sample sizes. The minimum measurement temperature can reach -125 ° C, and the maximum measurement temperature can reach 1100 ° C.

Quick measurement - convenient sample switching

Using SBA 458 Nemesis®No longer need to use tools to insert and remove samples. This makes sample replacement both fast and convenient, and prevents sample damage that may occur due to various reasons, such as sample sticking to electrodes.

Integrated Quality Inspection - Unique Dual Heater System

SBA 458 Nemesis® The design uses a dual heating system. For each selected temperature step, heating is carried out in an alternating mode. Deviation from linearity and hysteresis caused by inaccurate measurements can be observed at any time before and during the measurement process.

Highly reliable and robust design - prevents diffusion issues

The thermocouple position is fixed mechanically. During the measurement process, the set contact force (caused by weight and cold spring) can prevent changes in the position of the thermocouple. The thermocouple is equipped with a sheath to prevent possible adhesion and diffusion with the sample.

No need to measure distance

The distance measurement between fixed thermocouple positions is a cumbersome and frequently required process. The design of SBA 458 reduces the trouble for operators in this regard. Due to the elimination of this potential error source in the conductivity measurement process, the accuracy and repeatability of the results have been improved.
