Installation and Usage
1. This machine should be installed on a sturdy and flat workbench, and the height of the workbench should be determined according to usage. There should be a certain space (≥ 360cm) around the equipment and workbench for installation and later maintenance.
2. During installation, it is required that the transmission shaft be perpendicular to the ground level, and the non perpendicularity (inclination) should not exceed 1/1000 of the total height of the equipment.
3. The self provided components and safety valves on the various process connections of the equipment must be equipped according to the requirements of the reaction kettle.
4. After installation, check whether all connecting components and transmission parts are firm and reliable. Conduct air tightness tests on all connecting pipes, pipe openings, seals, and the entire machine, and there should be no bubbles, bubbles, drips, or leaks.
5. Before starting up, inject 46 # mechanical oil into the reducer. Open the motor protective cover and manually rotate the fan blades to check for any jamming or looseness. Check for any scraping of the mixing blade and clean the dirt inside the kettle before starting up. Only after 30 minutes of empty operation without any abnormal noise or vibration, can the material be officially put into production. Regularly replace the gearbox oil depending on the production situation.

3. When using all valves of the electric heating reactor, the valve stem (needle) should be slowly rotated to press the cover tightly and achieve a sealing effect. Do not apply too much force when closing to avoid damaging the sealing surface.
4. The electrical control instrument of the electric heating reaction kettle should be operated by a dedicated person, and overload protection facilities should be set up according to regulations.
Troubleshooting of Electric Heating Reactor
1. When there is a leak at the sealing surface, tighten the screw again and grind and polish the sealing surface again.
2. Repair and replace the valve stem (needle) and valve port in case of leakage at the valve.
3. The outer magnet rotates, but the inner magnet does not. If the motor current decreases, notify the supplier to replace the inner magnet.
4. When there is frictional noise inside the magnetic coupling transmission, contact the supplier and replace the bearings and shaft sleeves
Use and Maintenance
When using a reaction kettle, the refrigerant inlet valve must be closed, the remaining refrigerant in the disease prevention pot and jacket must be placed, and then the material must be input. After reaching the desired temperature, the steam valve and electric power supply should be turned off first. After 2-3 minutes, the mixer should be turned off. After processing is completed, the remaining condensed water in the pot and jacket should be drained, and the sticky material should be washed away with warm water as soon as possible. Then, the inner wall of the container should be thoroughly cleaned with 40-50 ° C alkaline water, and rinsed with clean water. Especially when there is no material (heat absorbing medium) in the pot and the pot is empty, the steam valve and electric power supply should not be turned on. Regular attention should be paid to the working condition of the entire equipment and reducer when maintaining the stainless steel reactor. If the reducer lubricating oil is insufficient, it should be replenished immediately. The electric heating medium oil should be replaced every six months. Safety valves, pressure gauges, temperature gauges, distillation holes, electric heating rods, electrical instruments, and other parts such as the jacket and pot cover should be regularly inspected. If there is a malfunction, they should be replaced or repaired immediately. When the equipment is not in use, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the inner and outer walls of the container with warm water, regularly scrub the pot body, keep the exterior clean and the inner pot bright, and achieve durability.
