A wine storage tank is a tank used to store wine. Currently, traditional wine storage tanks are simple tanks that do not have self-cleaning and filtering functions. During the storage process, it is easy to cause a decrease in the quality of the wine, thereby affecting its quality and taste.

Oil storage tanks and tank areas have a large amount of oil storage and pose a high risk of fire and explosion accidents. It is necessary to establish fire and explosion prevention systems in accordance with relevant regulations, conduct regular fire inspections, strictly manage fire safety, and ensure fire safety.

(1) Fire and explosion prevention in oil storage tanks and tank areas shall comply with the provisions of GB50183 and GB50074. Low expansion air foam fire extinguishing system shall comply with GB50151.

(2) The storage tank area should be kept clean, and there should be no hay, oil stains, or combustibles inside the fire dike.

(3) The drainage system in the storage tank area should be equipped with water sealed wells; Valves should be installed outside the fire dike for drainage pipes; When draining the oil tank, there should be a dedicated person to supervise and promptly remove the residual oil in the water sealed well.

(4) Non explosion proof electrical equipment and high-voltage overhead lines should not be installed in the storage tank area.

(5) The storage tank area should be equipped with fire embankments according to regulations, and the fire embankments should be kept intact.

(6) The top of the oil storage tank should be free of oil stains and accumulated water. Insulation measures should be taken for the inlet and outlet oil pipelines and valves of the oil storage tank.

(7) The transparent holes, measuring hole covers, and gaskets on the top of the oil storage tank should be kept intact, and the hole covers should be tightly sealed. The oil measuring port should be equipped with a non sparking metal gasket.

(8) The breather valve and hydraulic safety valve base on the oil storage tank should be equipped with flame arresters. Fire arresters should be inspected at least once a quarter.

(9) Flexible hose compensators should be installed on the inlet and outlet oil pipelines of oil storage tanks.

(10) The steel oil storage tank body should be equipped with lightning protection and anti-static grounding devices, and its grounding resistance should not exceed 10 Ω. At least one grounding point should be set every 30m along the bottom edge of the tank, and there should be no less than two grounding points for a single tank.

(11) Every spring, a comprehensive inspection of lightning protection and anti-static grounding devices should be conducted, and the grounding resistance value should meet the requirements.

(12) Two soft copper wires with a cross-sectional area of not less than 25mm2 should be used to connect the floating vessel and the tank wall of the floating roof tank.

(13) The oil level in the storage tank should be operated within the safe tank position.
