1、 Characteristics and Applications
The SLF wet curtain air cooler is a new type of energy-saving and environmentally friendly dehumidifier, consisting of wet curtain paper, water circulation system, and air supply fan (i.e. positive pressure air supply). It has the advantages of significant cooling effect (the cooling range can reach 3-8 ℃ in southern regions and 8-15 ℃ in northern regions), energy conservation and environmental protection (the power consumption is only 1/6 of traditional air conditioners, and there is no refrigerant pollution), fresh air (good filtration performance), simple installation, and reliable operation. It can directly deliver natural air and cooled air.

2、 Introduction to Working Principle

The wet curtain air cooler is surrounded by honeycomb shaped wet curtains made of special materials, which have a large surface area and are continuously humidified through a water circulation system; There is an efficient and low-noise energy-saving fan inside the wet curtain air cooler. When the fan is running, a pressure is generated inside the wet curtain air cooler, causing the outside air to flow through the porous and humid wet curtain and enter the machine. Due to the evaporation and absorption of heat by the water on the wet curtain, the air flowing through the wet curtain is forced to cool down. At the same time, the water flow on the wet curtain increases the humidity of the air, thus having a dual function of cooling and humidification. Its relative humidity can reach about 75%. Used in textile, knitting and other workshops, it can not only cool down and improve working conditions, but also reduce the breakage rate during the textile process and improve the quality of textile products.

5、 Instructions for use

1. This machine is suitable for cooling rooms ranging from 40-200m2. The circuits of the fan and water pump should be centrally controlled, and the control switch should be installed indoors. Before using the air cooler, ensure that there are no debris in the moisture curtain and water tank, and wake up 1-2 times a year; When not in use in winter, drain the water from the pool and wrap the box with plastic cloth to prevent debris from entering the machine.
2. The water added to the pool should be clean water to maintain smooth pipelines and high efficiency of the wet curtain. If insufficient or uneven water supply is found in the wet curtain, it is necessary to check whether there is water shortage in the pool (the float valve in the pool can automatically replenish and cut off water), whether the water pump is running, and whether the water supply pipeline and water pump inlet, especially the small holes on the spray pipe, are blocked. Check whether the spray pipeline is located in the center of the wet curtain.

6、 Installation diagram and instructions

Technical requirements for wall installation:

1. Welding and securing of fan host bracket;
2. The installation of the fan host must be horizontal;
3. All exterior wall air ducts must be properly waterproofed;
4. The 40 × 40 × 4 angle iron frame is bolted to the wall or window, and the air duct is connected to the angle iron frame
Fill in the rubber ring. And all wall gaps are sealed with glass glue or cement mortar.
5. The length of the vibration damping soft connecting pipe must be ensured to be 200-300mm.

Technical requirements for rooftop installation:
1. The roof truss should have sufficient strength to withstand the weight of the fan and the installation and maintenance personnel;
2. The unilateral gap between the size of the roof opening and the size of the air duct should not exceed 10mm (as shown in the figure)
3. The installation of the fan host must be horizontal;
4. All exterior wall air ducts must undergo waterproof and leak proof treatment;
5. The length of the vibration damping soft connecting pipe must be ensured to be 200-300mm.
