I. Overview

Among numerous rubber product tests, abrasion test is a type of * test. For many rubber products, wear performance is directly related to their service life and has great practical significance. It is one of the important technical indicators. Therefore, the testing of wear performance is a very important issue in the rubber industry. For many years, the instruments commonly used in China to test the performance of rubber abrasion tests include Akron abrasion testing machines and Grassi abrasion testing machines. Although both types of abrasion testing machines can measure the abrasion performance of rubber, they have shortcomings such as long testing cycles and repeated testing methods. XM-02 typeRotating roller type abrasion testing machineIt was developed based on ISO4649-2002, GB9867-2008, and the imported ZWICK abrasion tester from Germany. Compared with the commonly used Akron abrasion tester and Grassi abrasion tester, this machine has the advantages of requiring small samples, short test cycles, and non repetitive friction paths. It is currently a popular and universal abrasion tester.

The development of XM-02 rotary roller wear testing machine provides a new type of testing instrument for rubber wear performance testing of rubber products in China, which will play a certain role in the development of rubber products in China.
