working principle

This device is a special shaped gear made of ABS engineering plastic, nylon or stainless steel, which is arranged in a certain order on the gear shaft to form a closed gear chain. Its lower part is installed in the water inlet channel. When the transmission system drives the sprocket to rotate at a constant speed, the entire gear chain moves from top to bottom and carries solid debris to separate from the liquid. The fluid flows out through the gap between the teeth, and the entire working state is continuous.

Due to the special structural shape of the teeth, when the chain of teeth carries debris to the upper end and moves in reverse, a relative self-cleaning motion occurs between the front and rear rakes, which causes the debris to fall off by gravity.
