Structural design:

1. Host

For the direct connection stamping structure, multi-stage motors are used, and the blades are stamped and formed, with good precision, high efficiency, compact structure, small volume, light weight, easy operation and maintenance, and long service life. The shell is entirely made of stainless steel, with a beautiful and smooth appearance.

2. Junction box

The junction box is sealed and isolated from the surrounding liquid and motor parts;

3. Leaves

The blade is in the shape of a three leaf rubber and has a steel wheel hub, effectively preventing the problem of blade breakage. The inlet edge of the blade bends backwards and has an automatic cleaning function. It is fastened to the shaft with a locking nut, making it easy to disassemble and replace during lifting and maintenance.

Installation points:

2. The sludge reflux pump adopts an automatic coupling installation system, which can quickly lift the equipment for inspection and maintenance without any mechanical disassembly, making installation convenient and fast.

3. Except for the wall penetrating pipe that needs to be pre embedded, the guide rod and lifting bracket of this equipment are connected to the pool body with steel expansion bolts and do not require pre embedded parts.
