1、 Construction Description of BSR Three Leaf Roots Wind Turbine

The working principle of the three bladed Roots blower vacuum pump is to install two three bladed rotors inside the chamber, with suction and discharge ports on both sides of the chamber. Through the action of a pair of synchronous gears, the two rotors rotate in opposite directions and rely on their mutual meshing to work, isolating the suction and discharge ports and pushing the gas inside the chamber to achieve the purpose of blowing air.

2、 Installation precautions for BSR Roots vacuum pump

1. The foundation should be firm, the surface should be flat, and it should be 10-25cm higher than the ground.

2. There should be sufficient space around the fan to meet the needs of maintenance and disassembly.

3. The working environment temperature of the fan should not exceed 40 degrees Celsius. If it exceeds, measures should be taken to cool it down, otherwise the service life of the fan will be shortened.

4. When configuring the fan outdoors, please set up a rain shelter.

3、 Precautions for pipeline installation of BSR type Roots blower

1. The fan ducts should be tightly connected and not leak air, and brackets should be installed at appropriate positions.

2. The pipeline material should be able to withstand exhaust temperature and pressure. (Try to use steel pipes as much as possible)

3. The interior of the pipeline should be clean and free of foreign objects to prevent debris from entering.

4. A one-way valve should be installed on the pipeline to prevent the backflow of high-pressure gas caused by fan reversal from entering the fan and causing damage to the fan. Attention: The one-way valve should be installed on a horizontal pipeline.

5. In the case of multiple wind turbines operating in parallel, gate valves must be installed on each branch pipeline (one of the turbines can be shut off during maintenance).

6. An exhaust valve should be installed on the pipeline to prevent the fan from starting under load. The fan should be started with no load before gradually closing the exhaust valve. When operating under load and shutting down, the exhaust valve should also be opened first to confirm that the fan is not under load before shutting down the fan.罗茨风机真空上料机

4、 Precautions before operating BSR Roots vacuum pump

1. Check if the foundation bolts and other connections are secure.

2. Remove foreign objects such as welding slag from the pipeline.

3. The valve should be fully open, otherwise the fan will operate at overload and be damaged.

4. Check and add gear oil. When leaving the factory, the oil tank has already been filled with gear oil. Please check the oil level in the gearbox. In the shutdown state, simply add to the oil window, do not add too much, otherwise it will cause oil leakage.

5. Add butter to the bearings. The fan is running normally, and it should be refilled once or twice a week depending on the actual working conditions.

6. Check the tightness of the narrow V-belt and the misalignment of the pulley. The deviation of the pulley can be adjusted with a ruler. The tightness of the belt can be adjusted according to the table below. After a period of use, the belt will become loose and needs to be readjusted.

7. Check if the power supply voltage and frequency meet the parameters on the motor.

8. Check the direction of the pulley. When observing the pulley, the rotation direction of the pulley should match the rotation mark arrow.

9. Before starting, rotate the pulley by hand. If there are no abnormalities, the fan can be started.

5、 Precautions for the operation and installation of BSR type wind turbines

1. During the initial operation, due to the viscosity of the lubricating oil, there may be noise and high current, which will disappear after 10-20 minutes of operation.

2. The adjustment of gas flow rate can be achieved by changing the fan speed or increasing or decreasing the overflow pipeline.

3. The noise of the same model also varies because the position and piping of the fan in the mechanical room can cause differences in noise.

4. The fan should operate within the pressure range indicated on the nameplate in the instruction manual.

The pressure gauge is connected to the fan duct through a connecting rod switch. The instrument is suitable for measuring the pressure of non corrosive media on steel and copper alloys. When measuring stable pressure, the instrument must not exceed 3/4 of its upper limit, and when measuring fluctuating pressure, it must not exceed 2/3 of its upper limit. Instruments in use must be checked regularly, at least once every three months.

The instrument is suitable for use in environments with temperatures ranging from -40 ℃ to+60 ℃ and relative temperatures not exceeding 80%. The instrument mounting point and measuring point should be on the same horizontal line.

When the fan is working, the pressure gauge switch should be in the off state, and the top ventilation rubber head of the instrument should be cut open when in use. To measure pressure, turn on the switch and then turn it off after the measurement is complete. To reduce the impact of shock vibration and rapid changes in the measured medium on the instrument, a buffer structure is added during use.
