Overview of vibrating screen products:

According to the different motion trajectories of the sieve box, vibrating screens can be divided into two categories: circular motion vibrating screens and linear motion vibrating screens. Circular motion vibrating screens include single axis inertial vibrating screens, self centering vibrating screens, and heavy-duty vibrating screens. Linear motion vibrating screens include biaxial inertial vibrating screens (linear vibrating screens) and resonant screens.

• Inertial vibrating screen: The structure of the inertial vibrating screen is supported by springs for the screen plate and bearings, and the transmission shaft is installed concentric with the pulley. When the screen shaft rotates, the centrifugal force of the eccentric block forces the screen box to vibrate. The centrifugal force generated by the eccentric block of this screening machine is omnidirectional, and the motion of the screening box is an ellipse.

• Self centering vibrating screen: The structure of a self centering vibrating screen is that its transmission shaft is not concentric with the pulley. The electric motor drives the eccentric shaft to rotate through a V-belt, causing the sieve box to vibrate longitudinally in a vertical plane, while keeping the spatial position of the centerline of the pulley unchanged.
