Under the centrifugal force of the centrifugal fan, the dusty gas enters the dust collector's uniform flow chamber. After entering the uniform flow chamber, due to the sudden expansion of the airflow cross-section and the effect of the airflow distribution plate, some coarse particles in the airflow directly settle into the ash hopper under the action of dynamic and inertial forces; Dust particles with fine particle size and low density enter each dust filtration chamber, and through a combination of Brownian diffusion and screening effects, the dust settles on the surface of the filter element. The purified gas enters the clean air chamber and is discharged through the exhaust pipe and fan. The resistance of the equipment increases with the thickness of the dust layer on the surface of the filter bag. Clean the dust when the resistance reaches a certain set value. At this time, the PLC program of the dust collector controls the electromagnetic pulse valves to open one by one, and compressed air flows into the filter cartridge through the induction nozzle in a very short time, causing the filter cartridge to expand and deform, generating vibration. Under the action of reverse airflow flushing, the dust attached to the outer surface of the filter cartridge is peeled off and falls into the ash hopper.
