Product Description and ApplicationThe electrostatic precipitator adopts the principle of high voltage static electricity, which charges the dust and tar particles in the gas to move in a directional manner towards the honeycomb tube wall, thereby removing dust and coke.

The device is a vertical cylindrical structure, with a shell made of rolled copper plates. The top cover is equipped with three insulation boxes, which can be heated with steam or electricity for insulation. The box is equipped with gas supply, drainage, and temperature measurement joints;

Chenzheng is made of steel plate rolled into hexagonal honeycomb, and welding is carried out using sub arc welding and tooling equipment, with reliable equipment quality;

Working Principle:

The negative high voltage generated by the high-voltage DC power supply is connected to the corona electrode (cathode), and an electric field is generated between it and the precipitation electrode (anode). When the electric field strength exceeds a certain limit, corona discharge occurs between the anode and cathode. At this point, the gas flowing through the electric field undergoes ionization, producing a large amount of ions and electrons. Strong electromagnetic wind can be heard around, and purple blue corona can be seen when the light is dim. By combining particles such as tar, dust, and water mist in electric field gas with ions or electrons, they become charged and move towards the two poles under the action of electric field force. Due to the small mass, fast movement speed, and wide spatial distribution of electrons, it is mainly the negatively charged particles that move towards the precipitation electrode. After reaching the precipitation electrode, it first adsorbs to the precipitation electrode by residual electrostatic attraction and intermolecular cohesion, and then falls down along the electrode by its own gravity, and is discharged through the tar outlet.

Honeycomb type is mainly used for gas purification with high tar and light oil content, while wet tube type is mainly used for gas purification with high dust content

Structural composition:

This product consists of two main parts: a high-voltage DC power supply and a coke capturing body (mechanical tower body). The former uses various forms of high-voltage DC power supply for electrostatic deposition, while the latter mainly uses FD honeycomb and SGD wet tube structures in its structure. The bodies of several structures are mainly composed of simplified bodies, discharge electrodes (corona electrodes), and suction and capture electrodes (precipitation electrodes).
