QL-100 Low Concentration Ozone Aging Test Chamber $r $n 1. Product Application: It can be used for rubber products such as vulcanized rubber, thermoplastic rubber, cable insulation sheaths, etc. Under static tension or continuous dynamic tension deformation, or under intermittent dynamic tension and alternating static tension deformation, it is exposed to air containing constant ozone concentration and a constant temperature test chamber without light exposure. The samples are tested for a predetermined time to evaluate the ozone aging resistance of rubber from the degree of cracking or other performance changes that occur on the surface of the samples.

QL-100 Low Concentration Ozone Aging Test Chamber

1、 Product use: It can be used for rubber products such as vulcanized rubber, thermoplastic rubber, cable insulation sheaths, etc. Under static tension or continuous dynamic tension deformation, or under intermittent dynamic tension and alternating static tension deformation, it is exposed to sealed and unlit air containing a constant concentration of ozone and a constant temperature test chamber. The samples are tested for a predetermined time to evaluate the ozone aging resistance of the rubber by detecting the degree of cracking or other performance changes that occur on the surface of the samples.

2、 Test method

Static tensile test
The standard stipulates that the two ends of the sample should be clamped on a fixture, and a tensile elongation of 20% should be selected. The fixture should be installed on a rotating sample holder with a rotation speed between (20-25) mm/S. The test should be conducted at a temperature of (40 ± 2) ℃, a relative humidity of no more than 65%, and a specified ozone concentration. Check the cracking condition of the sample after the specified time. General selection of ozone concentration (50 ± 5) × 10-8.

Dynamic tensile test:
The standard stipulates that the sample fixture can automatically stretch and reset the sample, with a stretching frequency of 0.5 ± 0.025Hz. The two ends of the sample are clamped on the fixture, and the sample is cyclically stretched from 0 to the maximum elongation. The fixture is installed on a rotating sample holder, with a rotation speed of (20-25) mm/S. At a temperature of (40 ± 2) ℃, a relative humidity of not more than 65%, and a specified ozone concentration, the fixture is cyclically stretched and reset and rotated with the sample holder for testing. After the prescribed time, check the cracking condition of the sample, and generally select an ozone concentration of (50 ± 5) × 10-8;

4、 Ozone system:

6、 Installation of equipment:
1. For the convenience of ventilation, operation, and maintenance, there should be a certain amount of space left between the equipment and adjacent items or walls for staff to operate. There should be a space of no less than 1-1.5 meters in the front, back, left, and right of the box.
2. It should be installed in a place without direct sunlight.
3. Install as close to the power supply as possible.
4. The equipment is installed separately in a separate room.
5. The studio should have ventilation facilities to facilitate air exchange at any time.
6. The studio should have a 380V power supply (three-phase five wire) and a source of pure water.
7. In order to stabilize the performance and functionality of the equipment, it should be kept in a working environment with a perennial temperature of 15 ℃~28 ℃ and a relative humidity of no more than 85%.
8. The temperature and humidity of the installation site must not change rapidly.
9. It should be installed on a level ground.
