1、 Equipment testing

Implement according to TSC 3000G 4.4.6 test method (1) The initial adjustment of the test sample will be implemented as follows for initial humidity control
(a). Light foam part, light foam, light foam, etc.
(b). Place the test sample in an environment around 80 ℃ for 24 hours to dry it
(c). Place the test sample in an environment of 25 ℃ and 75% RH for 24 hours to humidify it
(d). Place it in an environment around 23 ℃ and 55% RH for 1 hour to allow external air to circulate with the inside of the test sample

(2) Experimental conditions
(a). After initial humidity adjustment, the test sample is placed in the testing machine in a regular delivery state
(b). After setting the temperature of the lamp shell side at 20 ℃, the temperature of the lamp back (base side) at 23 ℃, and 55% RH, place the lamp in the off state for 1 hour
(c). Set the back of the lamp to 80 ℃ and turn on the low beam (including the low beam lighting function lamp) with a bulb voltage of 13.0V
(d). Control the temperature on the back of the lamp to rise linearly from 23 * 80 ℃ to 30 ± 5 minutes, but the humidity should be below 10% RH at 80 ℃
(e). Observe the occurrence of fog every 10 minutes after lighting, and measure the time of fog occurrence
(f). For situations where there is no fog for 1 hour continuously, observe every 30 minutes at intervals of 1 hour and 30 minutes, and extend the observation for 2 hours
(g). On the side of the lamp shell, observe and confirm the occurrence of fog with the light (when confirming fog, the lamp should be turned off)
