Precision and efficient plate frame pressurized oil filterIt mainly consists of a fixed plate, filter frame, filter plate, compression plate, and compression device, and has a similar appearance to a box filter press. The materials used to manufacture boards and frames include metal, wood, engineering plastics, and rubber, and there are various forms of filter plate surface grooves as drainage channels. The filter frame is hollow. Multiple filter plates and frames are alternately arranged, with filter media (such as filter cloth) sandwiched between the plates and frames. The filter frames and plates are supported by two ears and placed on two horizontal horizontal beams. One end is a fixed plate, and the other end is a clamping plate that is pressed or pulled apart by a clamping device during operation. The filter press feeds and discharges the filtrate through channels at the corners of the plate and frame or hanging ear channels extending from both sides of the plate and frame. There are two ways to discharge the filtrate: clear flow and dark flow. During the filtration process, the filter cake accumulates within the frame. The working pressure of a general plate and frame filter press is 0.3~0.5MPa, and the working pressure of a filter press is 1~2MPa

3、 Product Usage:
Specially designed for power plants, power stations, industrial and mining enterprise substations, lubricant warehouses, tractor stations, petrochemicals, metallurgy, national defense and other units, it is mainly used to filter impurities in transformer oil, turbine oil, aviation hydraulic oil, gear oil and other liquids. Stainless steel materials can also be used as vegetable oil filters. The plate and frame oil filter is composed of components such as a filter bed, an oil pump, and a coarse filter. The filter plate and filter frame are lined with filter paper or filter cloth as the filtering medium. With the pressure of the compression device, the filter plate and filter frame are fixed to form a separate filtering chamber. The filter paper and filter cloth compressed between the filter plate and filter frame play a role in oil filtration. It has the advantages of simple structure, easy operation, and low operating cost.

4、 Maintenance and upkeep:

(a) All sealing surfaces should be coated with anti rust oil when not in use to prevent rusting of the sealing surfaces (such as filter plates, filter frames, thrust plates, compression plates, etc.).

(b) Clean the filter screen, trapezoidal screw, etc. and apply rust proof oil.

(c) All pipeline joints should be wrapped and sealed to prevent foreign objects from entering the pipeline system.

(d) During the movement of the machine, it is necessary to prevent impact and overturning to avoid damaging the machine and reducing its performance.

(e) The product should not be stored outdoors to avoid exposure to wind, rain, sun, night dew, and dust. If conditions permit, rainproof measures must be taken.
