Operating procedures:

(a) The operator must be familiar with the performance and debugging methods of the machine.

(b) Clean the pipeline system and machine interior.

(c) After starting the machine, the reading of the pressure gauge and the operation of the machine should be checked regularly. Once an abnormality occurs, the machine should be stopped immediately, and the fault should be eliminated before restarting.

(d) According to the oil filtration capacity, after circulating and filtering 2-3 times the amount of oil, open the oil-water nozzle and take out the oil sample for testing until it is qualified.

(e) After working for a certain period of time, if the pressure rises above 0.5 MPa or decreases compared to the initial pressure, the system filter paper will break or the filter paper will absorb a large amount of water and expand the capillary pores, both of which have lost their filtering ability.

(f) The safety valve has been inspected and adjusted before leaving the factory, and sealed with lead seals. It cannot be disassembled at will. If it is necessary to make adjustments, it must pass the test before continuing to use.

(g) When working, pay attention to the oil gauge. If there is too much oil in the oil pan, open the return valve to drain the oil from the pan, and then close the return valve.

(h) When there is too much water in the oil, the oil should be heated to evaporate some of the water, and then filtered after cooling to room temperature.

(i) After filtering, the machine should be cleaned, coated with rust proof oil, and placed in a dry and ventilated place.

Maintenance and upkeep:

1. All sealing surfaces should be coated with anti rust oil when not in use to prevent rusting of the sealing surfaces (such as filter plates, filter frames, thrust plates, compression plates, etc.).

2. Clean the filter screen, trapezoidal screw, etc. and apply rust proof oil.

3. All pipeline joints should be wrapped and sealed to prevent foreign objects from entering the pipeline system.

4. During the movement of the machine, it is necessary to prevent impact and overturning to avoid damaging the machine and reducing its performance.

5. The product should not be stored outdoors to avoid exposure to wind, rain, sun, night dew, and dust. If conditions permit, rainproof measures must be taken.
