Introduction to D671F46-16C Pneumatic Fluorine lined Butterfly Valve
The butterfly plate of the fluorine lined butterfly valve is installed in the diameter direction of the pipeline. In the cylindrical passage of the butterfly valve body, the disc-shaped butterfly plate rotates around the axis at an angle between 0 ° and 90 °. When it rotates to 90 °, the valve is fully open. Fluorine lined butterfly valves, as a component used to achieve on/off and flow control of pipeline systems, have been widely used in many fields such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, hydropower, etc. In the known butterfly valve technology, the sealing form often adopts a sealing structure, and the sealing material is rubber, polytetrafluoroethylene, etc. Due to structural limitations, it is not suitable for industries that are resistant to high temperatures, high pressures, corrosion, and wear.
The use of D671F46-16C pneumatic fluorine lined butterfly valve
Fluorine lined pipelines and valves need to be inspected in two aspects:
1. Open box inspection;
2. Professional inspection.
Open box inspection mainly involves checking the quantity, model, specifications, and whether there is any damage on the surface;
Professional inspections mainly include air pressure tests and air tightness tests.
Inspect according to standards. One is the appearance quality, two is to conduct spark inspection, and three is to test the thickness of the lining. As for the quantity and model, they are only basic assessments, usually carried out by the warehouse
1. Check whether the flange flange is worn or not
2. Valve pressure test
3. Measure the thickness of the lining
Conduct acceptance according to the standards of the Ministry of Chemical Industry (Technical Standards for Fluorine lined Pipelines), check whether the fluorine lining process is tight lining, inspect the thickness of the fluorine lining, see if there is any bubbling phenomenon, check whether the size of the lining kettle tube meets the technical requirements of the process, provide quality certificates, certificates of conformity, and provide material reports from the PTFE manufacturer
