The main uses of plastic ball indentation hardness tester are:

2. Ball indentation hardness refers to the average pressure per unit indentation area that a standardized steel ball with a fixed diameter is vertically pressed onto the surface of a specimen under test load, and maintained for a certain period of time. It is displayed using automatic loading, timing selection, deformation acquisition, and other methods, and replaces the commonly used digital block display method with LCD Chinese character display. In this way, the operator can perform experimental operations according to the Chinese character prompts on the LCD screen after turning on, which is convenient for users.
The parameters of the plastic ball indentation hardness tester comply with the provisions of relevant standards such as GB3398-82 and ISO2039-1:2001.
3. The device adopts a new measurement and control technology that uses microprocessor control, LCD screen, and Chinese display. It is a new type of instrument that can perform data processing and printing (Chinese output).
