1、 Equipment usage:

The machine consists of a rotating nut, a lifting screw, an upper pressure plate, a lower pressure plate, a cutting blade, a hydraulic cylinder, an operating rod, and a control knob. The cutting blade can be changed according to different samples. The machine has the characteristics of flexible operation and easy use.

2、 Main technical indicators:

Maximum load of 10KN

The distance between the two columns is 160mm

Pressure plate size 60mm × 160mm

3、 Usage:

Select the corresponding cutter according to different samples and install it on the pressure plate position of the machine. Place the material on the knife pad, move the screw downwards, and the cutting blade comes into contact with the material. Rotate the control knob towards the sample pressing direction and tighten it until it is tight. Move the control lever up and down by hand to move the lower pressure plate upward. After the sample pressing is completed, rotate the control knob in the reset direction, and the lower pressure plate will automatically reset.
