25P pilot diaphragm steam pressure reducing valveIt is a new type of steam pressure reducing valve developed by our company by introducing foreign product technology and digesting and absorbing it. This pressure reducing valve has made significant improvements on the basis of ordinary pressure reducing valves. The diaphragm adopts a new material and the working area is increased. Therefore, any slight changes in the upstream and downstream pressure of the pressure reducing valve can be promptly fed back to the main valve diaphragm to adjust the opening height of the main valve disc, ensuring stable downstream pressure. When the spring of the pilot valve is in a free state during the start-up of the Speisak 25P pressure reducing valve, the main valve and pilot valve are in a closed state. The pilot valve is opened by the spring force, and steam enters the main diaphragm chamber through the pilot valve. A portion of the steam flows out through the control hole. When the steam flowing into the pilot valve is greater than the steam flowing out through the control hole, the control pressure in the main diaphragm valve increases, and the main valve is opened. As steam flows through the main valve, the increase in downstream pressure is fed back through the induction tube, acting under the diaphragm of the pilot valve to balance the spring pressure on the upper part of the diaphragm, causing the pilot valve to close the throttle, maintaining the pressure in the main diaphragm, and controlling the opening of the main valve to deliver an appropriate amount of steam. Adjusting the spring on the diaphragm of the pilot valve can change the downstream pressure. At the same time, all parts of the 25 series regulating valve can be disassembled for inspection or maintenance without the need to move the main valve body in the pipeline. Proper selection, installation, and maintenance can better ensure its * * operation.
