Introduction to Testing Methods

1. Temperature probe comparison

Tie the calibrated probe together with the temperature probe inside the device for comparison, and the error between the temperature displayed by the device and the temperature detected by the temperature verification instrument is within the allowable range.

2. Temperature uniformity test

Verify whether the temperature at each point of the stability test chamber can be maintained within the required temperature range within the specified time.

a. Number the verified temperature probes and evenly distribute them inside the test chamber.

b. Perform verification operations according to the operating procedures of the verification system, set sampling intervals, calculate the difference between the average temperature of cold and hot spots and the average temperature inside the chamber within a certain period of time, and record it.

3. Open door test

Open the test chamber door and connect it to the outside for 5 minutes, then close it to verify how long the temperature inside the test chamber can be maintained within the required temperature range again.

a. The stability test chamber door is opened for 5 minutes and then closed;

b. Probe distribution: Same temperature distribution.

c. Open the program and run it automatically. During operation, verify that the system records temperature data at each point to check its stability.

4. Power off test

After the test box is powered off, verify how long the temperature inside the test box can be maintained within the required temperature range.

a. Disconnect the power supply of the incubator

c. Testing process: Start the program, wait for the device to run stably, disconnect the power supply of the test box, and verify that the system records temperature data at each point.
